This handmade organic cotton Turkish peshtemal has been traditionally crafted in Turkey for Luks Linen and comes in a lovely shade of soft pale grey. A hamman (or peshtemals as they are otherwise known) is a traditional Turkish towel that is lightweight, highly absorbent and quick drying. Ethically made and woven by family artisans and master weavers using gentle, traditional techniques. They can be used as towels, scarves, wraps, throws, sarong and baby blankets (or even table linen). They are also great for the gym and the beach, in fact they are incredibly versatile and the list of uses is endless!
Made from 100% Turkish cotton yarn that are all OEKO TEX certified dyes and non GMO cotton.
LUKS Linen was founded by Rachel Ward in 2016 (Luks means ‘luxury’ in Turkish). Suitable for indoor or outdoor use. These beautiful textiles will last a lifetime and they come with a 20 year replace or repair guarantee that covers faults and degradation of yarn (it does no cover accidents although LUKS Linen can usually repair these for a small fee).
