Description

These three stripe eco dinner candles in Willow, Neyron Rose and Orange Flame are part of the beautiful Fair Trade candle collection from Designed in Colour in colours from the British Standard range.  Designed in Colour bought the copyright to the British Standard colour range which dates back to the 1930’s and from this range, they design solid and stripey candles in a colourful range that tone and complement each other and each colour has a story. Orange flame is a descriptive anem for the licks of a roasting furnace; neyron rose is a colour standardised in 1934 from the ‘Paul Neyron’ rose and willow grey is the characteristic colour of the buds of the willow.

The candles are hand-poured by artisans using ethical ingredients including pure cotton wicks that are lead and metal free and ecological colour dyes.  The stearin wax is paraffin free and ethically sourced.  The candles have a tall clean burn time of 8 hours.  Perfect for special occasions or as a gift, they come in a smart Kraft gift box.
